Facility Officer
Job Scope Overview
- Responsible for the indoor and outdoor cleaning of the facility:
- Responsible of the external cleaning of gantry cranes
- Responsible for maintenance of green areas
- Responsible for disinfection and pest control services
- Responsible for rented chemical toilets
- Procurement of services, materials, consumables and PPE
- Monitoring of materials and consumables safe stock
The critical tasks for the above duties are:
- Form each cleaning schedule
- Coordination of cleaning teams
- Supervision of works
- Service Contracts monitoring

- Professional experience of at least 2 years in Facility management
- Computer skills

Public Relations and Communications Officer
Job Scope Overview
- Key member of the organization's communications team playing a crucial role in managing the public image of the company.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies and campaigns to promote the organization and its products/services.
- Craft and disseminate press releases, manage media lists, develop messaging and materials that accurately reflect company’s values and goals.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the effectiveness of public relations efforts.
- Prepare and submit PR Reporting to Senior Management
- Work closely with other members of the communications team as well as other departments within the organization to ensure that all public relations efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Involvement in crisis management planning and execution

- Βachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or PR and a master's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

Electrician for Vehicles & Heavy Machineries
Troubleshooting and repairing, as well as maintenance in the electrical and electronic systems of machines and vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Technical School Certificate or Diploma or Degree in electrical / electronic / automation sector. (Not construction electricians).
- Experience in electrical systems of heavy machineries such as trucks, excavators, front loaders, forklifts will be appreciated.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and machines’ maintenance manuals.
- Experience in mechanical parts will be considered as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of English language and computer skills
- Ability to work in a rotating shift (24/7).
- Ability to work at heights.
- Car driving license. Professional driving license will be considered as an advantage.
